Before my career break, I spent a decade in London managing corporate communications for major global TV networks.
Leaving wasn't an easy decision. I understand the pressure of targets, the golden handcuffs of a salary and bonus, and the anxiety of a CV gap.
Afterwards, I restarted my Fortune 500 career in a new country and different industries. Now I've set up my own business and written a memoir about my year out.
